Magmile Crossfit is well-positioned with a strong community and a great space just outside Chicago's Magnificent Mile. The problem wasn't the gym. It was everything around it digitally.
The old website didn't look anything like Magmile's social presence or the energy inside the space. New visitors landing on it got a version of the brand that didn't match the real thing — and when they dropped off, there was no system to bring them back. Leads were falling through. Manual processes were eating time that should've been spent coaching.
We rebuilt it end-to-end. The new site was designed to match the aesthetic Magmile had already built on social and in person with consistent, high-energy, and frictionless journeys for someone considering joining.
We created new video and image content specifically for the site, giving the brand fresh visual assets that spoke to both the community and the workout experience. We also setup the backend of their Wordpress to make it easy for the Magmile team to update and manage content themselves, keeping the site current without needing outside help for every change.
On the operations side, we introduced Wodify — a fitness-specific CRM that eliminated the manual processes that had been slowing the team down. Automated communications, sales notifications, and member tracking all went live together, giving Magmile a real infrastructure to run the business rather than just the gym.
The results followed.
Drop-in sales increased by nearly 200% after launch. Online traffic grew by 60% overall, driven by improved SEO rankings and an experience that finally worked on mobile the way it should.
