Titan22 is Asia's premier sneaker and streetwear retailer that has spent years building credibility with a community that doesn't give it easily. When they set out to launch their fourth location, they didn't want a ribbon cutting. They wanted a statement.

They commissioned a unique collection of original paintings and sculptures to anchor the launch. These pieces were meant to do the heavy lifting of public relations before a single press release went out. Moving Parts handled the creative direction, production, and logistics of bringing those works to life, staging them as in-store activations across existing Titan22 locations before taking their permanent place at the grand opening of the new storefront.

The artwork became the story. Across Asia, coverage followed the pieces and built anticipation for the new location, deepening engagement with Titan22's existing customer base, and giving the brand's PR strategy a centerpiece that felt earned rather than announced.

The grand opening arrived not as a launch, but as a destination.
